The ByPay platform is secured with a 2048-bit HTTPS certificate and is PCI-DSS certified (security standard).
For mobile money withdrawals, ByPay allows you to withdraw your money whenever you want. Simply fill out the withdrawal request form. The platform processes requests every thirty (30) minutes. For funds collected via card payments, ByPay makes monthly payouts.
To use ByPay’s tools, businesses are advised to be legally registered. You must also ensure that your use of our tools complies with the laws of the country or countries where you operate.
With ByPay, you can choose whether the transaction fees are paid by the customer or the merchant. By default, fees are charged to the merchant.
ByPay currently operates in four (4) countries. However, we have started the necessary procedures to add more countries, especially in West Africa. Depending on your project and the countries where you want to operate, we are ready to support you technically.
